How to create a basic Mapping in Informatica MDM?

A mapping allows the data movement from Landing table to Staging table.
1) Aquire a lock and select 'Mappings' under Model.In the right pan,right click and add 'New Mapping'

2)Give the Name of Mapping,Description,Landing Table name and Staging table name.click OK.

3)Click the 'Diagrams' tab on the right most pan for the mapping we created.

4)Click the 'Automapping Button' to enable the basic auto-mapping.

5)We can also create manual mapping by clicking  and dragging from the output node of the landing table to input node of the staging table.Save the mapping.

6)We can also add Functions,Constants and Conditional Execution component to enable the cleansing as per the requirements.
