We use provisioning tool in 10.1 MDM to configure BE based data model and for enabling the entity 360 view.We get this error when clicking 'Modeling' tab in provisioning tool-Error Code: 3002. Please check the server log file to find more details. Refresh the page and try again.


Reason:

When log into the tool,ors id will be displayed differently because of the same - ors_one(MST1.7PW) now. This is the cache issue.

Steps to fix:

1.Clear the cache.,Restart the browser.

2.Use SOAP UI tool to get the listSiperianObjects :

3.Restart the application server and log into the provisiong tool.Now the ors name will be displayed correctly as shown below.
